The following 39 countries participated in the XVII TICCIH 2018 Congress held in Santiago de Chile:

The main business of the Congress Congress was located in the Quinta Normal de Santiago and there was a third day with a visit to Camp Sewell in the Cordillera de Los Andes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Congress convened almost 200 papers from 39 countries around the world. 25% of these works were delivered by Chilean authors and 75% from the rest of the world. A wide range of themes was discussed.
TICCIH Chile made a great effort to publish, for the first time in a TICCIH Congress, all the papers prior to the meeting, and all the papers selected by the Scientific Committee being included in the book. No further selection was made, since it seems to us that all the selected works should be in the conference proceedings and made available to all delegates.
